📍 Status update (Jul 12): PR #20 is open (not yet merged) — same PR as the project-creation-flow task. Adds a crates/cloud-sync crate that fetches public Google Sheets as xlsx (rows + cell notes). A follow-up commit ("time out the sheet fetch") suggests the fetch path is being hardened. Still in review, not merged.
